During the last thirteen years, I have been employed as general counsel,
chief administrative officer and chief executive officer for Homes & Land
Publishing Company and its affiliates.

During this time, while transitioning through three different owners. I
learned the importance of good communication and honed my ability to
adapt with the changing needs of the company and its clients.

As CEO, I represented the national corporation as lead counsel obtaining
financing of over 150-200 million dollars and was the Attorney of Record
representing the purchaser of Homes & Land Publishing. In addition to
working with a diverse group of 195 franchisees throughout the United
States, I also supervised the management of 400 employees.

Additional Professional Experience

		Represented a multi-state corporation as local counsel involved in
		development of the transaction, issuing title insurance for the acquisition of assets, preparation of opinion letters and documents, and negotiation of several aspects of the deal.

		Represented national corporation in all aspects of business law,
		including franchising, real estate matters, labor law, and business law.
